Just as we did last year we are putting out goals for the year. Funny enough our goals this year are almost exactly the same as the last two years but we plan to get further along in our planning and execution.
- Video Tutorials: Covering not only smaller “how-to’s” but module videos on how to use components of Pinnacle. We’ve made several of these but they haven’t been posted in 2011 or 2012 (I was away quite a bit), so you’ll see them coming soon!!!
- Pinnacle Focused Seminars: No longer will you need to wait an entire year to get some specialized group training.
- Online Forum: for users to share information and receive feedback from us. We have finally narrowed the front runners down in the battle for which forum to use. Keep an eye on the blog to see which one we’ve picked!
- Blog updates: We’ll be posting more updates throughout the year. Articles included but not limited to industry contents, business contents and training.
- Updated Website: We’ve updated our website and feel the changes give us an opportunity to grow and access updates faster then before!
2013 is shaping up to be an exciting year as we are already extremely busy with installs, onsite and offsite training. We are hopeful that we’ll be able to achieve each of these goals!
